After-School Gymnastics (Calallen ISD) - Proposed Program

An Active End to the School Day!

Northwest Kids Sports Complex, Inc. is developing a scheduled gymnastics instruction program for Calallen ISD students in kindergarten through fifth grade.

The proposed program is designed to provide structured, coach-led gymnastics instruction where students can develop gymnastics skills, strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment.

Proposed Gymnastics Instruction

Gymnastics instruction would include age-appropriate activities such as:

• Dynamic warm-ups and stretching
• Fundamental gymnastics skills
• Tumbling and apparatus instruction
• Balance and coordination training
• Gymnastics-specific strength and flexibility
• Skill progressions and supervised repetition
• Correction and evaluation
• Cool-down activities

Optional transportation would be provided solely so enrolled students can attend the scheduled gymnastics lesson.

Current Program Status

NWK After-School Gymnastics is not currently operating or accepting attendance.

Program availability is subject to written direction from Texas Child Care Regulation and completion of required enrollment and background-check procedures.
